The goal is to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience with Global logistics, moving stock accessories to multiple depots clients in the right way at the right time at the right price, involving major multinational clients in the Shipping and Hotel Sectors.
You will be responsible for:
Accurately executing client/customer purchase orders and quotes in a timely manner
Planning and managing stock deployment according to projected client use as per client consumption, for delivery of product and/or accessories to any or several warehouses, agents, or directly to a customer to provide ‘first in class' customer service.
Coordinating effectively, multiple deliveries to varied warehouses, client bases around the world.
Problem-solving or answering client/customer questions effectively and in a timely manner.
Placing orders for product and/or accessories to a supplier across different time zones and manufacturing bases
Liaise with management on warehouse stock holding, resolving stock discrepancies/situations where First in First Out (FIFO) is not in operation or not being used efficiently.
Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods, notify management of any inaccuracies and condition of product storage at warehouse/distribution facilities.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Highlight to management any product located in an office or warehouse which is redundant
Highlight to management any product due to expire within 6 months or less, or which has expired.
Maintain awareness of and comply with the Company Quality Policy and applicable Company Procedures.
Notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency.
Working knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage but full training will be given.
Complete additional tasks as directed to achieve order cycle excellence.

Salary: £23,500
