Hepburn Bio Care is the marine industry’s leading supplier of environmental, phosphate-free, non-toxic and biodegradable products for interior and technical cleaning, grey/black water line maintenance, and treatment of contaminated bilge and organic wastes.
This exciting opportunity will see you travelling to work on board with a diverse group of people where you are able to use your communication and problem-solving skills to better client services and offer support to our growing customer base. It will allow you to expand your own professional and personal horizons and you will be given the opportunity to support both your team and the many people who you will regularly come into contact with while making a difference to our planet.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the environment and whose ethos will match that of the company. The work we carry out has a long-term effect and we want to reach as many people as possible in order to maximise the efforts we make to protect the environment. You will enhance your skills and receive ongoing training with the guidance of the senior management team who can offer you support and assistance.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Technical visits to support our marine and land-based clients
- Product training for crew members and users
- Writing reports following technical visits
- Client support via email and phone
- Understand and expand knowledge of products and processes
- Collaborate with Hepburn Bio Care’s international team on a daily basis
- Travel domestically and internationally to support our clients
