Hepburn Bio Care is the leading supplier to the marine industry of environmental, super concentrated phosphate-free, non-toxic products for interior and technical cleaning, grey/black water line maintenance, and treatment of contaminated bilge and organic wastewater.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and dispatch vessels monthly stock consumption, stock management reports and vessel product requisitions.
- Generate monthly BOA expense reports.
- Client support - Liaison between clients and HBC Logistics, Planning, Technical and Marketing team.
- Coordinate Technical Officers day/annual sail ship visits with the global planning team.
- Assist with Technical Officers travel arrangements.
- Accompany Technical Officer(s) on day ship visits periodically and assist in the analysis of product consumptions and inspect black water line pipes.
- Manually prepare yacht orders including product dilution, rebottling and labelling.
- Manage Hepburn Bio Care Fort Lauderdale office - {ensure bills and invoices are monitored and paid timely}.
- Manage inventory Bio Care products, promotional items and office supplies.
- Coordinate with logistics to have stock products allocated accurately at the Hellmann-Weston warehouse and Hepburn Bio Care Fort Lauderdale location.
- Organize and participate in Hepburn Bio Care events such as Seatrade Global Cruise Exhibit. CLIA. NACC.
- Manage Client Directories on Google Drive.
- Upload and monitor various vessels consumption reports on Share Point.
- Produce reports from SAGE software.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with the Company Quality Policy and applicable Company Procedures.
